Ingredients: 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil with the addition of natural Prized black truffle (Tuber Melanos- porum Vittadini) flavouring (0,2%);
Origin: Monovarietal Carolea cultivar, harvested in Calabria in the Sant'Eufemia Lamezia valley, from olive groves in hilly and flat areas overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea; Smell: medium fruity with natural notes of truffle;
Taste: full-bodied with very balanced bitter and spicy touches, it has a natural truffle flavouring;
Color: yellow to light green; Acidity: less than 0.4%; Suggested pairings: Excellent for seasoning both cooked and raw dishes, Mediterranean cuisine, meat and fish carpaccio, to prepare light sauces.
