Ingredients: 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil with the addition of natural garlic (0,3%) and spicy chilli pepper flavouring(0,3)%; Origin: Monovarietal Carolea cultivar, harvested in Calabria in the Sant'Eufemia Lamezia valley, from olive groves in hilly and flat areas overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea; 
Smell: medium fruity with natural notes of garlic and spicy chilli pepper;
Taste: full-bodied with very balanced bitter and spicy touches, it has a natural garlic and spicy chilli pepper flavouring;
