The leather and craftsmanship is not as expected.

we saw your review and were sad about the two stars. Could you be more specific in judging why the leather and craftsmanship is not as you expected? why is it you didn't like it? We feel the judgment you expressed is a bit vague and not fair toward our product. The leather is 100% real leather of top quality with brilliant colors and careful craftmanship, made with italian leatherwork top standard.
As italians we were careful in selecting only top quality products that really represent the best of made in Italy.
If on the contrary there is any defect in craftmanship please send us a picture we will evaluate it and contact the artisan.

The bag is beautiful and high quality。It is a gift for my mum. she will love it。不过需要去海关线下清关，因为上一周是中国的 五一假期，所以我是旅游回来后才去清关，耽误了一周时间。实际到中国海关花了7天，清关的时候顺便看了包包，非常漂亮，质感很好。
